Hi ! I am thrilled that you’re finally here, what took you so long?

Ok, let me introduce myself. I'm Khabonina. I am a passionate award winning South African dancer, choreographer, actress, musician, motivational speaker, voice over artist and business woman who has traveled to places like Malaysia, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, United States, around Africa, Spain, London and more places….performing and giving dance workshops to adults and children alike.

Being on international stages makes me realize that there is so much more I need to learn and apply to my craft, I am thirsty for knowledge and hungry for growth, I believe that passion leads me in this journey!

The adjustable folding area also creates warmth around the ladies abdominal / womb area while you work out or dance especially in winter. While you work up a sweat, your waist area, supported by the fold, receives a sonar effect and you will feel and see the results, the gear is extremely comfortable therefore allowing you to bend and stretch that body in weird and wonderful ways.
